Bob Gaston

Bob Gaston brings over four decades of leadership and hands-on experience in the field of developmental disabilities as ARC Voyager’s CEO. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Public Administration from The Ohio State University.
Bob began his career as a Direct Support Professional and has since held various leadership roles across multiple county boards of developmental disabilities. His personal and professional journey has shaped a service-driven approach to organizational leadership.
He currently serves on the OPRA Board of Directors as Chair of the Governance Committee and is a founding member of the Ohio Provider Management Services Organization. A proud Buckeye, Bob is also an active member of The Ohio State University Alumni community.
