Liz Jones, Vice President of Career Services at ARC Voyagers, is a transformational leader with more than two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector, specializing in the design and advancement of innovative, person-centered programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD).

With extensive expertise in CMS, DODD, OOD, and CARF regulations, Liz has consistently transformed services into innovative models that promote inclusion, independence, and meaningful community engagement. Her leadership has helped expand youth transition programs, strengthen employment pathways, and elevate service quality by empowering teams to deliver services that meet people where they are.
