Work Readiness Support for Youth Overcoming Trauma
Participants choose from a variety of work-readiness courses designed to help them explore career interests, identify strengths, and understand workplace expectations, including how to request accommodations when needed.
When ready to pursue employment, participants receive personalized job search assistance. Once employed, ongoing job coaching is available to support a smooth transition, promote workplace success, and encourage long-term job retention.
Services available Monday – Friday.
Hours are typically from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Pre-Employment Transition Services
Self-Advocacy, Job Exploration, Workplace Readiness, Work-based Learning, and Post Secondary Counseling lessons taught during the school day at the student’s high school to prepare the student for life after graduation.
After school or virtual sessions are also available based on need.

Summer Youth Work Experience
Paid summer work experiences for High School Students at a variety of local businesses. This supported experience provides the opportunity for the student to learn hard and soft skills while on the job.
Services available Monday – Thursday.
Hours are typically from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
