Work is important for everyone. When you’re out in the community and meet someone new, one of the first things people ask is, ‘Where do you work?’ Our participants are proud to answer, ‘I work at Simpson Strong-Tie,’ or ‘I work at AHP,’ or ‘I work at the Rhodes Tower.’ It gives them a sense of purpose—and it shows others that they are valued and respected members of the community.”
