ASPIRE Direct Support Professional (DSP)

ASPIRE DSPs help coordinate and participate in programming and activities in the community with those we serve. This looks like attending events, volunteering, gardening, visiting local spots, and helping individuals we serve engage with the world around them. Along the way, you’ll also support them with personal care and safe transportation.

Employment Support Professional (ESP)

ESPs provide career-related services to youth and adults with disabilities. Services are community-based with most occurring at local businesses. The expected outcome for our career-related services is to assist individuals we serve in advancing on their path to employment. This includes preparing for, gaining, retaining, and assisting to help them advance with their career and post secondary goals.

Group Employment Direct Support Professional (DSP)

This includes providing support for the individuals we serve in their workplace and communicating with workplace sites to ensure expectations are clear, accommodations are met, and individuals are progressing in their roles. DSPs help foster independence, build skills, and encourage professional growth—all while maintaining positive relationships with employers to support long-term employment success.

Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Adult Resource Center DSPs support individuals with disabilities in a center-based setting focused on personal development, social connection, and meaningful daily activities. They assist participants in building life skills, engaging in recreational and educational programming, and supporting their health and well-being throughout the day. The goal is to create a safe, respectful, and enriching environment where each person is valued and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
