At ARC Voyagers, our story begins with a belief that every person deserves the opportunity to live their best life, and no one should have to navigate that journey alone.

For many years, we’ve supported people with intellectual and developmental disabilities by being true partners and friends. We started by helping people get ready for jobs and spend their days in fun and helpful ways. Now, we’ve grown into a place where people of all ages and abilities can find support, friends, and chances to learn and grow in their own way.

At ARC Voyagers we know that everyone’s path is different. For some, it’s starting a new job. For others, it might be learning to cook, making new friends, living more independently, or finding confidence after big life changes. Every journey takes courage. Every step matters. And we’re here for all of it.

Our Commitment

At ARC Voyagers, we make a simple but strong promise: to give every person the support they need to grow and succeed.

We promise to:

  • Give caring, creative, and high-quality help that meets each person’s unique needs.
  • Open doors to jobs, independence, and a happy life.
  • Be a trusted helper for people, families, and partners as they figure out complex systems and explore new opportunities.
  • Treat everyone with respect, no matter their ability, age, or background.
  • Keep growing and helping more people, while staying true to the kind and personal way we do things.

You’ll see this promise in every conversation we have, every goal we celebrate, and every problem we solve. It shows what we believe: when we work together, anything is possible.

ARC Voyagers really stands out from other providers because we have so many different opportunities to engage with people across the course of their life. We are able to meet people from young adulthood through retirement and offer them access to resources that can help them figure out who they want to be in the world and how they can get there.
