
Amanda Smith
Chief Services Officer
Amanda Smith serves as the Chief Services Officer at ARC Voyagers, bringing over 20 years of experience in the intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) field. In her role, Amanda oversees a comprehensive array of services supporting more than 1,300 children, adolescents, and adults with I/DD. She also leads business operations for ARC Voyagers’ ABA therapy franchise, Success on the Spectrum (SOS) Whitehall, which provides specialized services for children with autism spectrum disorder.
With a strong focus on quality, person-centered care, program innovation, and operational excellence, Amanda plays a key role in driving the organization’s growth and impact. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Capital University and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business.
Amanda began her career as an ABA Therapist at Haugland Learning Center and has since held a variety of progressive leadership positions, including Program Manager at the Association for the Developmentally Disabled (ADD) and Executive Director of Learning Never Ends, LLC. She has also served as Adjunct Faculty and Field Liaison for the Mental Health, Chemical Dependency, and Developmental Disabilities Department at Columbus State Community College. Prior to joining ARC Voyagers, Amanda was Vice President of Programs and Strategic Partnerships at the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio (DSACO), where she oversaw services for over 1,200 individuals and families across 23 counties in Ohio.
