Anthony Hartley

Anthony Hartley serves as the Executive Vice President at ARC Voyagers, bringing many years’ experience in nonprofit financial and operational leadership. He is responsible for development and execution of the agency’s strategy to ensure long-term sustainability and mission-driven growth.

Before joining ARC Voyagers, Anthony was CEO at THE Association for the Developmentally Disabled (ADD) , where he led a turnaround program to ensure the survival of ADD’s programs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Franklin University.
