Dr. Beth West
Interim Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Beth West, DBH, MSW, LISW-S, CNE, is the Interim Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Voyagers, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector. Before joining Voyagers, she spent 15 years in integrated community healthcare.
As Chief Operations Officer at Health Partners of Western Ohio, she led ten fully integrated primary health centers in seven communities, overseeing medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and OB/GYN care for more than 50,000 patients. She also launched two co-location projects with community behavioral health agencies, bringing primary care providers and clinical support teams to settings where patients with severe and persistent mental illness or substance use disorders already felt comfortable seeking services.
Dr. West has expertise in developing and leading high-performing teams, establishing cohesive, inclusive, and patient-centered work cultures, and implementing integrated, innovative, and highly effective whole-person services.
