Kate Becker
Chief Impact and Strategy Officer
Kate Becker brings a wealth of experience in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining ARC Voyagers in January 2026, she spent nearly 15 years in progressive leadership roles at Ronald McDonald House where she spent more than four years as the Chief Program Officer. Kate has created high-impact programs, led large-scale facility projects and multiple sites, managed volunteer operations, fostered strategic partnerships, and implemented program strategy and transformation efforts.
Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Ohio State University, along with a certificate in non-profit management from Columbus State. She currently resides in Westerville with her husband and two children.
