Kenny Hughes

Kenny Hughes brings 27 years of experience in the developmental disabilities field to his role as Vice President of Adult Day Services at ARC Voyagers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration and has served in leadership roles across Adult Day Services, Supported Living Services, and Career Services.

Kenny is passionate about transforming adult day services, creating meaningful opportunities for individuals to grow and thrive, and expanding community inclusion. He is committed to developing strong leaders and staff who deliver innovative, high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, personal growth, and meaningful community connections.
