
Linda Monroe
Chief Mission Officer
Linda Monroe has been a dedicated advocate and leader in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) for over 45 years. Since joining ARC Voyagers in 2008, she has served in multiple leadership roles across the organization, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of service delivery. In her current role as Chief Mission Officer, Linda oversees the Compliance and Safety Team, ensuring that ARC Voyagers maintains the highest standards of quality and care.
Known for her innovative approach to supporting individuals with disabilities, Linda has played a key role in shaping inclusive, person-centered services. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Capital University, a Certificate in Gerontology from Ohio Dominican University, and an Associate’s Degree from Columbus State Community College.
Linda continues to lend her expertise to the broader community as a member of the Social Work and Human Services Advisory Committee at Columbus State Community College and the COTA Mobility Advisory Board.
