Since starting his job in June 2024, Trae has made an incredible impact at Sam’s Club, where he works in maintenance five days a week. His consistency, determination, and positive spirit quickly earned him the respect of his peers and supervisors alike. In July, that dedication was recognized when Trae was named Employee of the Month—an honor chosen by his coworkers—complete with a plaque presented by Sam’s Club leadership.

Trae’s supervisors say they’re grateful to have him on the team, and his coworkers love his sense of humor and upbeat personality. He’s never been late, shows up ready to work every day, and takes pride and joy in his role. When he’s not busy tackling tasks, Trae often talks about his love for the Ohio State Buckeyes—some of them stop by Sam’s Club and make a point to say hello to him.

Working alongside his three-person team, Trae continues to demonstrate determination and adaptability, qualities that have made him a standout employee. His Employment Support Professional, Mark Isenhart from ARC Voyagers, shares how easy and rewarding it has been to coach Trae, adding that he is incredibly proud of Trae and all that he has accomplished.
